Share 'feedback ratings'

i think this has been discussed before, but could the moderators think about it. i am really good at replying to emails and if i am collecting anything i do so promptly. after all people are getting shot of the stuff to make room so its only fair to be quick in picking it up. having a feedback rating would ensure that car booters, sellers, dealers etc couldnt get stuff or at least you would kno...
