I would have east fife in a line from east side of of dysart, running up east markinch, using the a91 road to cupar then the a92 road from kilmany area as a guideline there.
Other side west of burntisland north to auchtertool then everything west of cowdenbeath is west.
maybe North fife should join Perth south eg newburgh etc and newport, gauldry and tayport join dundee.
