Greenhouse Swap
Hiya everyone,
Im needin a wee bitty help here...
Ive got a lovely 8x6 greenhouse that my hubby bought me for my birthday a while ago, Ive got several problems though, firstly, due to my disability I find it very difficult getting in & out of the single door & over the big step which is part of the greenhouse steel base, With it being glass Im worried about having a nasty accident if i trip or stumble whilst trying to squeeze in & out. Also, it doesnt really fit where I want it to unless we put it at the wrong angle to the sun, & then access is blocked or restricted by the house, so at present its slap bang infront of my living room windows & I cant see my lovely garden beyond.

Im looking for a swap.
Im after an 8x8/ 8x10 or 8x12 but with DOUBLE sliding doors. Doesnt even need to have all the glass intact, as my hubby needs to cut it down to make it an 8 x 6 anyway, yep, i know your thinking but she has an 8x6, but like i said, to make it fit where i want we need to spin it round & access will then be restricted by the end of the house, it wont be the correct site angle for the sun then either, but most importantly is the double door access & safety aspect.
Im in Glenrothes & im looking for a swap as close to home as I can get, not least cos my car exhaust just fell off 2 days ago & our MOT is due in a fortnight too lol
So hence close to home is best.
I can take some photo's of my greenhouse for any potential swappers if requested.
It has a hand made winter bubble wrap & horticultural fleece removeable, reuseable washable inner cover too, with velcro flaps for the roof window, door & louvre window, (the louvre isnt included in the swap though, sorry, Unless swap greenhouse has louvre window in good working order too) It also has a full steel metal base, all the rubber seals have been replaced & the frame has been thoroughly cleaned with wire wool. There are currently 2 panes of glass missing, which have been replaced by perspex to allow power to be run in, but would replace them with 2 from any greenhouse i receive as like i said i dont need the full length anyway.
Hope that wasnt too long winded & hope no one minds me posting a swap message.
